Maroc Telecom is certified ISO-9001:2008 for all of its activities since December 2004. This certification, awarded in 2004 by an internationally recognized organization is renewed every three years.
The certification covers all Maroc Telecom’s activities: conception, development and launch of new offers, marketing, installation and uninstallation, activation and deactivation, billing, collection service, customer service, information and telephone enquiries service, for all mobile and fixed lines products and services -voice or data- and, for individuals and businesses. The support activities are also covered by this certification: networks' planning, operating and maintenance, purchasing, human resources management, communication and information systems activities.
In november 2015, Maroc Telecom has maintained the ISO-9001: 2008 certification for all its activities.
