2009  • Acquisition of 51% stake in Sotelma, the incumbent telecommunications operator in Mali.

2007  • Acquisition of a 51% stake of Gabon Telecom, the incumbent telecommunications operator in Gabon.
• Launch of the Mobisud Belgium new mobile operator (MVNO) ;

2006  • Acquisition of 51% stake in Onatel, the incumbent telecommunications operator in Burkina Faso.
• Adoption of a new visual identity, highlighting the strength of the brand and emphasizing clarity and simplicity.
• Launch of TV over ADSL, a first in Morocco, Africa and the Arab world.

2004  • Listing of 14.9% of Maroc Telecom’s share capital on the Casablanca and Paris stock exchanges ;
• Adoption of a collective agreement in accordance with the trade unions.

2003  Acquisition of a 35% stake in GSM Al Maghrib

2002  • Redemption of shares held by minority stockholders, resulting in Casanet being a company wholly owned by Maroc Telecom ,
