Itissalat Al-Maghrib also called Maroc Telecom is a Moroccan corporation (société anonyme) with a Management Board and a Supervisory Board. It was founded in 1998 following the break-up of the National Office of Post and Telecommunications (Office National des Postes et Télécommunications, "ONPT"). Maroc Telecom is the incumbent telecommunications operator and the first global operator in Morocco.
Maroc Telecom is organized into General Divisions around its business activities and services. This structure is supplemented by Departments in charge of Human Resources, International development, Business Intelligence and Strategic Supervision, Communication, Sponsorship and Event organization, Quality and Information Security and General Control.

Maroc Telecom is present all over the kingdom through a decentralized organization, with eight Regional Offices in Rabat, Casablanca, Marrakech, Agadir, Settat, Fez, Tangier and Oujda, which guarantees and ensures proximity and maximum reactivity to both customers and partners.
Maroc Telecom's products and services are marketed through an extensive distribution network : a direct network of nearly 440 retail branches and an indirect network of more than 75 000 retaiers.
