Il a été porté à la connaissance de Maroc Telecom que le Tribunal de Commerce de Rabat a rendu le 29 janvier 2024, un jugement ordonnant à Maroc Telecom d’indemniser Wana Corporate d’un montant de 6 368 371 743 dirhams au titre de dommages et intérêts pour des pratiques anticoncurrentielles.

Maroc Telecom formera Appel de ce jugement dès sa notification.
